Cancellation and Refunds

Your credit card account will not be charged until the 8th day after you subscribe. If you cancel prior to that day, you will not be charged.

If you choose a monthly membership, your credit card will be billed each month on the same day as your initial payment. Membership is charged for 30 days in advance. If you cancel, your access to your membership will continue until your next billing date on which access will be terminated.

Annual memberships will be billed on the 8th day after initial subscription. Cancellation of an annual membership requires 3 month’s notice. If you cancel anytime within the first 9 months of your subscription, you will be issued a refund for the pro-rated remaining term of your subscription less 3 months.
