Amanda Upton
Amanda Upton, a mama and certified life coach, began leading prenatal, postpartum and mother's circles during her first year of motherhood as a way to cope with what she considered to be the hardest year of her life as well as to provide support for other mothers. What first began as a response to her own mothering experience, soon became a passion as she witnessed the tremendous impact safe space and community had on the mothers. That was six years ago and since then she has been leading groups, retreats, and workshops regularly to support mothers throughout the mother journey. She also offers an online program that is dedicated to helping moms create more peace, joy and balance through a daily self-care practice. Amanda is known for creating spaces that are welcoming and supportive, allowing each mother to be themselves, fully and completely. Her circles consist of thoughtful topics, questions, and activities that support each mother with creating space, compassion, and a deeper understanding of the motherhood experience. Amanda lives in Putney, Vermont with her 5 year old daughter Daisy, husband Justin, and their dog and two cats. They live in an old pasta factory, which makes for an interesting home, and spend every minute they can outside biking, swimming, or skiing. Follow Amanda on Instagram or visit her website.
